Hello,
we need more information. What devices are the cameras connected to, and how are these devices interconnected ? VLAN 140 in different locations with dfferent subnets ? How do you have that configured ? With secondary addressing ?

The original post says " they all having different subnets ". Would I be correct in assuming that each remote location is connected to some central site/HQ via some layer 3 connection? In that case it does not matter that each remote location uses vlan 140. What matters is the subnets at each remote and the routing logic that connects each site. As Georg says, we need more information about this environment to be able to give much advice.
