Hello, my first online discussion hope you guys will help me. Thank you so much.
I am doing a project that requires the IoT application and I want to do the automatic smoke detector. I already set up anything but at last, I can not access the IoT Monitor to set the condition for my end-devices. It always said the "Server Reset Connection" or "Request Timeout" or "Connection Lost". It works when I do it in the complete new file. But when I set up exactly the same system for my main project, the problems appear. Hope you can help me cause I feeling a bit tired about this.
Best regard.

Hello,
post your Packet Tracer project file (zip it first otherwise you cannot upload). I cannot see from your screenshot how the registration server is configured, or what you use as registration server, or what IP addresses your devices have...

Thank you so much for replying me but I think it's a problem with the
wireless connection. I have changed to the wired connection and it's
working fine. Thank you so much.

Hello,
for the wireless, use the DLC100 Home Gateway (icon located under 'Wireless Devices) as a registration server...
Either way, glad that you got it resolved...

Yeah, I used that and I got stuck. Maybe something made the wireless
connection not sustainable.
Anyway, thank you so much :D.

Do you have any experiences on configuring the Vlan on the Cisco Packet
Tracer ? I set 2 switches will have the same VLAN because 1 switch doesn't
have enough ports. But I can not ping the PC in one VLAN.
Thank you so much
