ASR ASR1004 Module ASR1000-SIP40

We have ASR1004, es works till the module SPA-1X10GE-L-V2  not started and gives always following errors.

Error (3)	CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUSSIP0: cmcc: A PLIM driver informational error RXSPI0 DIP4 Error, block 13 count 7
Error (3)	CMCC-3-PLIM_STATUSSIP0: cmcc: A PLIM driver informational error RXSPI0 DIP4 Error, block 13 count 3d
Error (3)	IOSXE_SIP_SPA-3-SPI4_NOTSYNCSIP1/2: SPA-1X10GE-L-V2[1/2]: Can not synchronize SPI4 bus (host: src not in sync, sink not in sync, spa: src in sync, sink in sync).
Error (3)	SPA_OIR-3-SPA_POWERED_OFFsubslot 1/2: SPA 1x10GE XFP SPA powered off after 5 failures within 1200 seconds
Error (3)	SPA_OIR-3-RECOVERY_RELOADsubslot 1/2: Attempting recovery by reloading SPA
Error (3)	IOSXE_SIP_SPA-3-SPI4_NOTSYNCSIP1/2: SPA-1X10GE-L-V2[1/2]: Can not synchronize SPI4 bus (host: src not in sync, sink not in sync, spa: src in sync, sink in sync).
