Hi Scotty,
Assuming the phones mark the voice packets to the same markings as the cisco phones do (usually EF), and the signalling traffic to the same as the cisco phones (CS3 i think), and the trust boundary is moved to trust the phones, then you should be good to go.
You just have to make sure that the PC that is connected to that port (if the PC connects to the phone, and the phone to the switch for example) has its packets marked to zero as appropriate. You don't want a situation where some smart user's mark their PC's traffic as EF, and your switch trusts it..
