We have been having some bandwidth issues ever since we transitioned to a new switching infrastructure using the same configs but enabling QoS. It seems nobody really knows what is going on currently.
We have determined that our firewall is capable of 1gB + with no issues related to config or hardware. We have also verified with Comcast that everything is fine.
Here is the output in our config, anyone have hints or can explain this output in more detail?

Can you give us a hint what kind of Cisco device this is? It looks like one of the Catalyst switch families, but which one?
If you plug directly into the firewall with a workstation (so the switches are disconnected) is the performance as expected?
Do the speed and duplex on the firewall and the switch port match?
Have you tried simply removing the QoS config and seeing if it changes anything?

I called Cisco TAC and got some help with this. We have verified that we are experiencing drops from QoS on multiple ports on a wide scale.
We had a vendor do the initial install and it seems he wasn't too sure about QoS which is fine, but instead of leaving it he should of suggested another tech help but we are working on that.
It looks like our traffic isn't being marked and everything is being applied to one filter, which makes it overload and drop packets.

Do you experience the poor performance on 100 Mbit/s ports? Or clients with gigabit connection?

Please share the full configuration of the switch, and a "show version"
