The above diagram is the way our network infra is designed, is the correct way just like cascaded connection , there is no scope for stacking here as it doesn't support. So is there any method for better setup?

Depends what you consider as "better".
For performance, star configurations are generally considered better.

better in the sense means loop free
Loops are usually only a problem if you don't have software to handle them, and as often we do, usually a non issue.
Unsure whether Cisco has a general all the time recommendation, or they are case specific. Often many would be hierarchal based.
