Big Brother to Cisco Network Assistant

Hi, I am looking for a replacement for Cisco Network Assistant that will manage at least 150 devices. I have tried Codima which will document the layout etc, but I am after something that is live and will give me similar information. Such as the actual layout, stats, inventory etc.

Hey Scott,

One way you could look is at the Cisco Works Suite, it can do all of the things that you would like to do, and a lot more :)

What we require is:

Mapping of the layer two and three environment

Inventory of devices and IOS versions.

Netflow data for the routers

Throughput data for the core layer three switches. Top talkers etc (I don't think that Netflow is available with the 3750 switches)

Performance details for all switches and routers

Backup of configurations

Event logging and alerting from the devices

End device to switch port mapping

Will Cisco Works do all these?
