Binding Physical Interface With Tap Device

How to bind the Virtual interface into physical interface.

the main objective for do this is i want to forward the packet to the virtual device to monitor the traffic

Not sure what platform you want to do this on, but I assume using "span"/ port monitoring would meet your requirement. The link below is for 2960s, but the capability is generally available across all platforms.
