There is no errors, half-duplex , drops , I can't find any abnormal place.

- Disconnect the(a) port and re-connect it, after it starts blinking orage issue show logging on the switch. Are there any error messages ?

- Ok, further more 1) Connect a console and followup on console output, watch for error message 2) Better : configure a syslog server, check the syslog server periodically for error messages coming from the switch 3) Check the spanning-tree status per-vlan (!)
