boot system switch all flash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE1/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE1.bin;flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEE2/c3750-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEE2.bin

We have two stack of 3750 switches. When I enter above command getting below mentioned error, two images are showing switch 1, but one image only showing in switch 2, i.e 1st image in show boot command.

%Command to set boot system switch all  flash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE1/c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE1.bin;flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEE2/c3750-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEE2.bin  on switch=2 failed

Please advice, what could be the issue.

SEE2.bin??

shouldn't this be

SE2.bin or the same image as the first switch SEE1.bin

Have a look at this doc for example:

Please reboot the switch, post the entire bootup process.  The error message you've posted is incomplete to begin analysis of the issue.

Do you actually have the required files on the flash in BOTH switches in the stack?

What do the following commands show

dir flash1:

dir flash2:

Cheers.

-Please check if both the images are present on the flash of respective switches. (use dir flash1: and dir flash2:)

-Try setting the boot variable for two images seperately. First set for SE1 and then SEE2. This should help.

You should have the same IOS image on both switches in order for them to boot properly. The only exception to the rule of course is if you stack a 3750E with standard 3750s.

The easiest fix I can think of would be to copy the IOS from your master switch to your slave switch. If you need commands on how to copy across the switch stack don't hesitate to ask.
