Boot up error on a cisco 3825

Hello, upon boot up we're seeing this error. The boot process stops there and never proceeds any farther. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

This looks like something caused by a faulty DRAM memory. 

It would be useful to open a Cisco TAC case to get a replacement router.
