bpdu configuration

Hi,

I have a question about BPDU configuration, in my switch's the configuration is like above;

0 GigabitEthernet2/0/9 DESI FORWARDING BPDU
0 GigabitEthernet2/0/10 DESI FORWARDING BPDU
0 GigabitEthernet2/0/19 DESI FORWARDING BPDU
0 GigabitEthernet2/0/20 DESI FORWARDING BPDU
0 GigabitEthernet2/0/21 DESI FORWARDING BPDU
0 GigabitEthernet2/0/22 DESI FORWARDING BPDU

and their port status is down, my question is that is this configuration make an issue for my network?

If the port status is "down", then nothing will happen.
