Hello All,
We've bought x10 new WS-C2960X-24TD-L and bump into a strange problem that we can't change the hardware clock to be accurate with software clock. Thanks for your solution.

I haven't seen this before. Have you tried setting NTP and seeing if both sync to it?
Possibly a bug?
What happens when you set the hardware clock and then get the soft clock to sync with hardware clock?
e.g.
calendar set 12:00:00 Friday December 2015
clock read-calendar

I believe Bilal is correct in that you might have to configure NTP first before configuring the hardware clock to sync with the software clock. If you have not already done so, try configuring the switches to use NTP first, then issue the ntp update-calendar command and see if this resolves the issue.
