c3548 not working with our terminal server

Good Morning all. Ran in to a strange issue yesterday when we were hooking in our new terminal server. It's a pretty standard MRV TS and it works fine with our 3750s, 12K, Foundry equipment, 2600s etc...

I noticed that the line con configuration is a little different.

We're using (C3500XL-C3H2S-M), Version 12.0(5)WC3b

Line con 0 is set up as the following right now...

line con 0

transport input none

stopbits 1

One of our 3750s reads:

line con 0

login local

stopbits 1

Has anyone seen this before?

To amend this a little. I have input. I was able to confirm that the unit received my requests. It provides no display to me though.

I altered the config to:

transport input all

so it now reads:

line con 0

stopbits 1
