C3850 WLC GUI Password not working

Hello community

Since yesterday, i can`t log in anymore to the GUI of the WLC. No password changes are made or something.

I tried to configure a new user and password, but its not working...

What can i do to reset the password for access the GUI?

IOS is 16.3.9

I solved the problem with enter "no ip http secrure-server" and then enter again "ip http secure-server"!
Strange...i do not make any changes, it stops working from one minute to another!
