According to Cisco, the c7200-VSA card should be supported from 12.4(15)T Advance security feature set.
I have lots of routers c7206 VXR NPE-G2 with 12.4(11)T2 & 12.4(20)T c7200p-advipservicesk9-mz working fine with the c7200-VSA, recognising the card without any issue.
I upgraded on of the routers to c7200p-advipservicesk9-mz.124-24.T3.bin, the card no longer showing up in inventory & recognising by the router
According to Cisco 124-24.T3 does support the card but why 124-24.T3 not recognising the card? Card has been replaced, still same issue!!
