hello @adityasharmalko1 This loop usually happens when the switch crashes right after loading IOS-XE, in ur logs it’s the FED process failing (rc 139), which points to a corrupted image or hardware issue on the forwarding engine. And u need to try some steps: Boot into ROMMON (break during startup). Verify the image. If the file is bad, re-copy a fresh image to USB and boot it manually... and If the FED continues to fail even with a clean image, it’s likely hardware failure and u’ll need an RMA.

And my friend this pattern is a known sign of hardware fault on C9300L.....
