Hello Naufal,
by adding a trunk link you are changing the L2 topology and this triggers STP to recalculate
the differences in CAM aging time should not play any role here.
Actually the TCN BDPUs say to the switches to purge their CAM tables as topology is changing and as a result of this you see unicast flooding.
