PVST is cisco proprietary. others are OK.

You didn't mention pvst+ in your OP, but as @Kasun Bandara mentioned for pvst, the plus version would also be Cisco proprietary.
As such, if another vendor has licensed it from Cisco, or Cisco has granted it public usage, another vendor might support it.
STP, rapid-STP, and MSTP are all "public', although other vendors might not support them. (Likely every vendor would support STP.)
