Canceling the reset botton...

Hi ,

I would like to lnow is there a way to cancel the reset botten without damageing the switch?

If there is no way to do it, i would like to know is there a way to make my switches to load form a config file that i have created in the switch every time that a user push the reset botton and try to restor it to factory defalt???

I recall some later devices/IOSs have some feature to preclude normal password recovery.  Don't recall the actual feature name or IOS command.  Do recall, if you use the procedure, don't lose you passwords!

BTW, another approach is place the device behind a lock.

If so, it doesn't appear to exactly satisfy your requirement.
