Cannot change LAN port on to another port, unidentified network

I have problem on some PC in when I change LAN port to another port. I can get IP address from DHCP  Windows Server but receive packet on PC  is 0 byte and show unidentified network. Please help me to investigate this problem.

I tested set Vlan to another Vlan. It's work.

I updated windows patch and network driver.

OS: Windows 7 SP1 x64
