Cant Ping some IPs on a VLAN

I have a strange issue where a node on a specific vlan will get an ip address from the DHCP but not be pingable after that. However other nodes on the same vlan are pingable. The only difference is that route the nodes take back to the core are on differnent swithces. I am at a lost as to why nodes are not reachable yet they can ping the other working nodes and the vlan interface on the core. I have cleared the mac tables and traced them to the correct ports even. Vlan is allowed on the turnks.... Anyone have some insight on this one?

All of your end device are in the same subnet? Perhaps, the device that can't be pinged has a firewall software installed that prevents it from being pinged.

Can you provide diagram of how all devices connect and which one is reach able and witch is not?

if you provide a static IP address, does the problem remain?
