1) link1 down
2) I could find logs the following in the cat2950T-24
SPANTREE-7-RECV-1Q-NON-TRUNK:
SPANTREE-7-BLOCK-PORT-TYPE:
3) port, stp configurations are factory default
4) any change was none before then
5) That is repeated sometimes
What's the problem?, how can I fix it ?

Sorry, customer's policy don't allow it.
Almost configuration is factory default, and port/stp configuration is factory default.

Are both sides configured as an access ports or trunk port?

I didn't configure the ports "switch mode access" on both switches, so they operate in trunking (802.1q)
Cat2950 only support 802.1q
