Cat3850 won't boot into bootloader

As the title suggests, I am able to power on my Catalyst 3850 but it will not even make it to the bootloader. No lights except for the PSU and fan lights turn on. I've tried RJ-45 console cable and Micro-USB console cable. Not getting anything to show up.

This originally happened when I was trying to upgrade the firmware, I TFTPd the code into flash and started the install. During the reboot phase I noticed it say (paraphrasing) "Flash: memory low, deleting cat3k_caa-universalk9.16.12.05b.SPA.bin" and then it just hung for over an hour. So I tried rebooting it and that's when I discovered that it was unable to boot into the bootloader. So far I've tried holding the mode button while it's on, held it while I rebooted it for over a minute. Left it on over the weekend to see if maybe something would happen. It's not under a contract anymore and I don't think it's under warranty anymore, not sure. So I'm just trying to get this thing back into service at some point. Any possible way would be helpful.

3650/3850 is covered under Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The switch can be RMA-ed.
