Hello Community,
I have a Catalyst 2960-48PST-L that it is a PoE switch but when I connect a Cisco AP the switch does not provide any power to the AP. I've changed the power inline feature to never and then in auto but nothinh happened.
Is there any bug or something for this model of switches?.
The image: C2960-LANBASEK9-M
SW Version: 12.2(46)SE
Note: There is no other PoE devices connected to the switch that can consume the total power that the switch can handled.
Thanks in advance!.

Are you definitely using the yellow Ethernet port on the AP, as opposed to the console port?
What model AP is it?

What appears in the switch log when you plug in the AP?
Do you know that this AP definitely works? It could be a dead AP.

Hello Philip,
I've made a troubleshooting early this week with local IT guy and it seems this switch is not working PoE feature anymore. We changed cables, APs and no power...even no logs when he connected the cable to the ports.
We tested the same AP in another PoE switch and it worked with no problem.
Thanks for your support anyway!.
