What is the speed that port 10 is getting with that bandwidth limit?

Hi,

The command "srr-queue bandwidth limit 15"

This limits your interface output (egress) to 15% of the total port bandwidth.

So in you case it will be 15% of 10Mbps = 1.5Mbps

This limits your interface output (egress) to 15% of the total port bandwidth.

So in you case it will be 15% of 10Mbps = 1.5Mbps

Just to add to Alex's post, srr-queue bandwidth limit isn't exact.  I.e. it's configured for 1.5 Mbps but it might be more or less.
