16.6.X???  Is this a BETA or engineering firmware?  

As of 01 August 2017, the highest version is 16.5.1.

It's probably too new for all the release notes for all the platforms to be ready, but it's there :)...

That's a new one.  

Release Notes and other related documentation hasn't "caught up" is the likely reason.  Give them until the end of the week.
