Catalyst 6880-X w/6800IA switches upgrade

I cannot find an upgrade guide for the 6880-X to save my life. The only thing I have found is this from 2014 for 6500 switches:

Can I use this? Or is the 6880 significantly different?

If you are not planning to use ISSU, It should  work the same way as usually the IOS can be installed across the 6800 series and 6500 series with Sup-2T.
