Hello,
I have a catalyst 9300. I erased the ios image (factory-reset all) and now it loads in rommon
I connected a USB to try to copy the image file but I get the following
switch: copy usbflash0:cat9k_iosxe.16.09.04.SPA.bin flash:
Write access to "flash:" unsupported.
Unsupported destination device/filesystem.
Why it flash cannot be written?
Any ideas?
Thanks and regards,
Konstantinos

Hello,
Thank you for your answer!
I have tried it but it fails to complete.
The solution to my case was to boot the IOS from the USB and then to copy the bin file to the flash.
Then I booted from the flash and all is OK!

So finally what was the solution ? if i try to read from USB it says "file system protocol not found on device" followed
by "failed to read contents of usbflash0:"
I have quite a few 9300 series in my company that all need to be resetted to factory default...
Thnx,
Lander
