Catalyst/Meraki Compatibility

Is there a known compatibility issue with the Catalyst 6880-X and the Meraki MS350 that causes loss of visibility and loss of the ability to configure the Meraki switch through the Meraki Dashboard when the MS350 connects to the  6880-X?
