why when I'm use the 2960-24TT-L as bridge between primary switch and my PC take these action

block my PC interface . until I,m use this command #no span-tree vlan 1 on the 2960

More details are needed. Could you provide the following from the 2960:

show ver

show run

show log

show interface status

It sounds like you have Spanning-Tree blocking something since "no span-tree vlan 1" removes your issue. However, that disables Spanning Tree, which is *not* a good thing in a network.

Any error message in the 3Com switch?
