Good Day all. I just had a CBS250-8PP-D crash on me. Stuck in boot loop, Factory reset procedure with reset button doesn't work. Other than buying a replacement, is there a different way to reset this device?

Thanks

hello. Unplug the switch, hold reset for 30 sec, plug it back in while still holding for another 30 sec. If that fails, you might need a replacement.

- @Matt O  Can you post a screenshot or a console trail/output of the issue.

I power it on. Watch the status indicator flash for a minute or 2, then
watch the lan ports light up, then back to status led flashing

  - @Matt O    Last hope action = factory reset. If that does not help then RMA
