Hello Experts
Is there a way I can change the VLAN Id on every packet that traverses a specific interface on a router, so it is different from original VLAN Id.
Example, A PC connects to VLAN 10 on a switch, and when it traverses a router port it is then changed to VLAN Id 20
Thanks
Peter

Can you elaborate your purpose of doing that on your network so other experts can give advice? I think it's usually done on provider not in enterprise network?

I have a site that can take a primary path or a backup path, and I need to collect netflow records about the data from this site on a device in our core, but when the data traverses this device it has the same VLAN and subnet, so I thought if I changed the VLAN Id of the packets traversing a specific router, I could classify the traffic differently.
