I have video connectivity between CIPC to CIPC and CIPC to Cisco IP 7980 series devices, is it at all possible to establish a connection to an external VC unit?
When I dial a VC number, it connects but no remote video is displyed.
You should be able to configure a VC between these devices and it depends on your MCU and Ip pbx settings. Which MCU are you using for the Video confrencing. You have to use H.323 protocol for external VC unit if its not the Cisco one. if its all cisco and your devices support SIP, then you should be able to configure it on SIP.
