circuit lambda

we have wan link with verizon, they always mention lambda and ring, our wan link has flapped twice this week, is this related to lambda, can any telco expert illustrate the relationship between lambda and flapping or what's the use of lambda? thanks

lambda is a control tool as far as I know for monitoring and diagnostics should have nothing to do with your link failing

check the actual link itself and see what its showing at its physical connection , what the logs show etc

thanks, they mention that  rings and lambda are included in excel file for circuit detail, can you give a example of ring and lambda. how it looks like.
