Dear Team,
We are planning to order Cisco Nexus 1000V Switch for 9 Physical Servers running 200 VM's.
Please let me know, if I need to order this:
2x L-N1K-VLCPU-04=
1x L-N1K-VLCPU-01=
OR
1x L-N1K-VLCPU-128=
1x L-N1K-VLCPU-64=
2x L-N1K-VLCPU-04=
Regards,
Farhan.

The Nexus 1000V is licensed by physical CPUs, so it's going to depend on how many physical CPUs you have in those 9 servers.
If they all have four CPU sockets filled (it doesn't matter how many cores in each) then you'll need 9x4=36 licenses and you'll need to order one N1K-VLCPU-32= and one L-N1K-VLCPU-04= to cover them.
Further details can be found in the Licensing and Ordering Information section of the data sheet at http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/nexus-1000v-switch-vmware-vsphere/data_sheet_c78-492971.html.
