Hi,

We are using CISCO1941/K9 with Cisco IOS Software, C1900 Software (C1900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2) and since three weeks it is having high CPU Usage

When doing show proces cpu sorted I always get ADJ background on top with more than 5% usage and spikes upto 60% 70% sometimes

Did you take a copy of the show proc cpu sorted when the 70% is seen , 5% indicator is not the cause something else must be running high ,as long as it deosnt stay at 70% as well your ok , cpus spike its normal but if they stay that high your going to have issues , it needs to be collected when its high , an EEM script can do iot if your not available to monitor it
