I just stepped out for break and when I came back I could not logon to new cisco router that I just switched on.
As per procedure I have to remove the compact flash(CF). But I do not see CF on front and backside of router. Opened a top cover still do not see CF.
I do not know what is break command. I Used Ctrl + Fn + F12 (pause). Still it is not going to ROMMON mode.
Please help me to login to ROMMOM mode.

I could able to locate the Compact flash. on backside of router there is a metal strip that we need to remove to locate CF.
Problem is resolved now.

I think you have to wait until the image is actually decompressed before you can get to ROMMON, see this thread -

That's incorrect. When you start seeing the image decompressing, you're too late.
When dealing with ISR G1/G2 with CF, the fastest and easiest way to get into ROMmon is to eject the CF and then powering on the router.
