i was wondering if anyone can help as we have received the new version of 48 port switch and our normal console cable is not recognised when using hyper terminal for configuration. It still works for the older models both 24 and 48 port set at the standard settings and also the 1921 can be configured using the normal blue Cisco console cable.
have Cisco changed the cable required and if so what do we need to purchase as we have tried a few now
