Cisco 2960X support static routes? - LAN Lite, Base, IP Lite

Hi everybody,

Does somebody knows if it´s possible to have inter vlan routing in any flavor of Cisco 2960X IOS: Lan Base, IP Base, Lan Lite, IP Lite?

We need to validate if it´s possible to have 5 vlan´s and be routed through a Cisco 2960X with Lan LITE specifically.

Another question: These devices support the creation of DHCP scope ? I.E: I have 5 vlan´s, I need to create Inter Vlan with SVI´s and create 5 different DHCP scopes for each one.

LAN Lite doesn't include static routing. You need LAN Base for that. If you have that, you can configure your SVIs and also provide DHCP for them.

Quick quesiton:

Have you configured Catalyst 2960X as Core Switch?

I.E: 5 Vlan´s + 5 DHCP Scopes.

I want to know if propose Catalyst 2960X Lan Base is a good choice for small networks.

I deployed them also with more VLANs.

If the network is quite small, I would also consider the SG500-X from the SmallBusiness-Line. It's also a very good switch. This one is not as limited as the 2960 with the static routes.
