hi all,

we have a 3560X and can't seem to login remotely. having logs below.

Switch Ports Model              SW Version            SW Image
------ ----- -----              ----------            ----------
*    1 54    WS-C3560X-48P      15.0(2)SE2            C3560E-UNIVERSALK9-M

May 11 01:54:16.264 UTC: %AAA-3-ACCT_LOW_MEM_UID_FAIL: AAA unable to create UID for incoming calls due to insufficient processor memory

connecting via console and using TACACS+ account is working file.

the same config was applied on other switch and remote access to other switches are fine.

tried to re-apply AAA but still the same.

seem to be having the same issue from this blog.

http://scienceofficersblog.blogspot.sg/2013/03/cisco-out-of-memory.html

was thinking to have an outage window to reboot switch and if that didn't help i might need to upgrade the IOS.

did anyone had the same issue and what's the fix?

This symptoms sounds very much like there is a memory leak which results in depleting available memory to the point where it can not process the AAA request. In the short term a maintenance window to reboot may buy you some (temporary) relief. But the long term solution is probably a change in the version of code.
