Cisco 3650 802.1x Guest vlan

I have a trouble with settings on cisco 3650. Inspite of authentication via 802.1x was enabled according to manual from Cisco I don't see unsupported 802.1x devices switched to guest vlan (Vlan 99 in my case) as I expect. Settings on port are:

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/6
 switchport mode access
 authentication event fail action authorize vlan 99
 authentication event server dead action authorize vlan 1
 authentication event no-response action authorize vlan 99
 authentication port-control auto
 dot1x pae authenticator
end

Unsupported 802.1x device is connected to gi1/0/6 and have no connection to any vlan but in interface status I can see that I have connection to vlan 1:

Port      Name               Status       Vlan       Duplex  Speed Type
Gi1/0/6                      connected    1          a-full a-1000 10/100/1000BaseTX

I can guess that comething goes wrong only if I look at status of interfaces in Spanning tree and notice that I cant see my interface in list of interfaces in vlan 1

Can anyone help me where to look for answer why it is as it is and where is mistake?

it seems to me you are matching the line

"authentication event server dead action authorize vlan 1"

I'm no subject expert but I'll give a try in setting also this vlan to 99.

Thanks, but it doesnt help. I changed configuration, but no positive effect.
