Cisco 3750X and uRPF support

I have read some cisco documentation that suggests that the Cisco 3750X platform supports uRPF. But, the documentation seems to only be concerned with using uRPF with VRFs, not just on an interface.

So my questions:

1. Can you implement uRPF on a 3750X without using VRF?

2. Can you use uRPF in SVI interfaces?

I can't test cos it's a live enviroment, but can confirm ip verify unicast command is available under an SVI. Switch is WS-C3750X-48T-S, running 12.2(55)SE3, universal image with 'IP Services' license.
