Cisco 3850 continuously restarting

Hi,

We are using 3850 switch and when I start our PoE device it's restarting continuously in that switch is giving an error of "Imax error" on serial console.

Can you please guide us on this issue?

Hey what exactly are you plugging into the switch is it a third party device , what is the power usage for the device in terms of poe ?

The switch reports this when your connecting something it doesn't like in terms of poe

What's the show power inline gig x/x  show ? Have you got enough free power
