Hello Community,
Having a issue with my Cisco 3850 recognizing my axis Q6000-e Mk II when plugged in. Going into console and doing a status on the port shows nothing plugged in. When I plugged the camera into a 60 watt axis injector the camera shows online.
Items attempted.
set static on the port to 30 watts - nothing
set static on the port to 60 watts - nothing
replaced cable - nothing
any ideas or advise would be appreciated.
