We have also tried with the confreg command only in a thousand ways, but it was always reloaded asking for the username.
any ideas?

Hi,
It may be that your Rommon version is not up to date.
during the recovery at Rommon before you enter any command try using "unset" command first and then the rest of the commands.

Hi, I am well. Thanks!
I think 12.2(31r)SG3 is an older version.
So, correct. try "unset" before confreg and test.

Hello! We have solved the issue when we saw that the Switch wanted to boot the image from the standby supervisor, not from active. So we turned off the standby and then it booted without problems.
