Cisco 4948 switch Logging source unknown (after upgrade)

Dears,

We upgraded our Cisco 4948 switch from 12.x version to 15.x (GS9)

Everything is okay, but we experience problem with logging

We have logging server, and before upgrade we see this:

2015 Oct  8 17:48:21 10.64.40.5 5797: Oct  8 17:48:21.573 GMT: %SEC_LOGIN-5-LOGIN_SUCCESS: Login Success [user: xxxx] [Source: xx.xx.xx.xx] [localport: 23] at 17:48:21 GMT Thu Oct 8 2015

but after upgrade:

What can be the  reason if it bug or not ?

Problem is solved under 15.0(2)SG6, later versions suffer from this bug -
