Cisco 7600 problem ""bandwidth command is not supported in output direction for this interface""

i cant apply qos on cisco 7604 platform ,

i just want to gurantee cir for a specific subnet of ips .

i have a problem , when i apply the qos on an interface , i have the errro below :
