CISCO 800 SERIES ROUTER LOGICAL PORT ISSUE

can you help to open some ports like: 25, 69, 21, 20, 53, 80, and so on cisco 800 series routers.

What do you need ? An access list ?

I need to have a guide on the following point:

the target configure Router, you have internet connection then you test whether smtp, pop3, dns, ftp... ports are open.

actually the router is configured and when you directly connected to this router you can browse to internet.

when I use pentest-tool to test whether port are opened or closed, it is saying: smtp, pop3, dns, ftp ..... are not opened.

is there anyway to opened and configure the router so when tested can show port are opened?
