Hi Cisco Community,
Anyone here have deployment of Cisco 819HG-4G LTE router in the Philippines? We are encountering difficulties in getting the default profile activated although the correct configuration is in place. Please see attached back up config and logs. We tried testing Globe, Smart LTE, and Sun Cellular. We got to ping 8.8.8.8 using Sun Cellular using the configuration in place, the profile is active although the RSSI is nearly no good already. However, when we change location and SIM, profile is always INACTIVE, Current Service Status = No service, Packet switch domain(PS) state = Not attached, and when we debug chat, either remote host not responding or carrier dropped and we cannot ping 8.8.8.8 even though we get RSSI level of -57dBm or better and LTE band. The locations where we conducted the testing were within the Metro Manila only and can capture UMTS 3G at least. Using the SIM cards with mobile subscription plans in 819 Router, we cannot reach the internet but when we try the sim in mobile phone, it works. Do we need to change something in the config? Timezone? Hope somebody can help with our dilemma.
